BUILDING A QUEST

The Quest is truly an amazing and beautiful design. Many of our customers have expressed an interest in learning more about the steps we took to get our North American Quests on the road, so we've added this page to our site to answer some of those questions.


THE COMPOSITE SHOP

Our journey to build the Quest started here, with plugs from the European moulds, shipped from the original Quest source - Velomobiel.nl.




From the male plugs we build the female moulds, which are then used to make new fairings for assembly. 




This is a photo of the mould for one half of the base section.

THE ASSEMBLY SHOP

Once we had our fairing ready we gathered together the suspension, 
steering, seat...





Add some vinyl graphics and we had our first 
North American Quest on the road.
